As common areas we understand all the places that are shared with the other guests. in particular we ask for consideration in the area of common changing rooms, showers, saunas, social lounge and swimming pool. it is important to show respect to each other because it is a common right to enjoy it in a quiet and clean way.

The pool will open its doors between June 1 and October 1.
It is not allowed to eat or drink from the glass cups in the pool bar inside the pool area. this measure is taken not only for hygiene reasons but also to comply with the rules imposed by the health authorities, which can be explained by our lifeguard staff at any time if necessary. The sauna belongs to all of us, that’s why a good use and the way it is handed over to the next guest is always appreciated.

The minimarket is only open during the high season as well as the pool bar, i.e. the months of July and August. We have to consider that our minimarket supplies basic products as its name indicates “MINI” and the prices correspond to that of an establishment a little far away from the common services offered in the city.
